Bear in mind that I took this photo in April 2011 (I've started to add dates to these older spots for this reason, as to not cause confusion with the 'extra information' section). The plate number was transferred to a 730d, probably around 2017.
CarDriver3838 I personally would have kept the VXR8 instead replacing it with a 730D
Same here to be honest, it's a much more interesting and better sounding car, though you also have to bear in mind that fuel prices in the UK and the majority of Europe is much more expensive, so running a car like this VXR8 may not have made financial sense for the owner. There may be other reasons why the owner decided to change up. That being said, I think the VXR8 is probably more reliable than a 730D
