It has East Anglia plates, so it is very certainly a yankee who was stationed in the UK in either RAF Lakenheath or RAF Lakenheath, and who is returning home

2019 Ford Fusion, that (for some odd reason) has 0 miles. There's no registration record, so it most likely was in the UK. Its only service record is on 4/23/2021, which was about 7 days ago!
I first saw the white English plate in front and thought it's one of those cars that keep foreign plates in front and actual Colorado ones in the back. So I walked around and saw what you now see on the photo
