This was a public event, I'm definetely not gonna blur hundreds of pedestrians who had nothing to do with the cars. Also, this is my choice and I find it logical.

For my part I blur anyone associated with the car (drive , passenger , mechanic etc) and any children in the photo. Other random people I do not care about!

I'm not sure that everyone agrees to be seen in a photo, some people don't like to have their picture taken and want to keep privacy and they must respect even if it's a minority of people surely but you never know, so for me it's better to float all the faces but everyone has their opinion
I speak more in an ethical way than in a legal way because I don’t know
