"vehicle with flashers" tag... Who can explain to me what does this mean? If I add the tag to a vehicle with flashing lights such as the truck in this photo, the tag is removed:

But, if I do not put the tag, then it is added to my photos:

Can someone explain what I am doing wrong because I clearly do not understand how it works...  :wall:

The way I've interpreted it, is that the tag is specifically for unmarked vehicles (hence the 'w/o livery' section of the tag) used by police/government agencies etc., which have hidden flashing lights/temporarily-placed beacons. I too have had issues with interpreting this specific tag in the past though, it's not exactly clear.
