Loose plate on the ground. Plate belongs to a 2015 Rolls-Royce Ghost, but has also been spotted on a Porsche 992 GT3 Touring

Did you take it?
There was a huge fence I'd have to scale, and security cameras everywhere! Would make for a nice addition to the collection if I did get it though.

That's a shame
I found a plate today too which I managed to get, on the floor in a car park. The frame came off as well. Not as expensive as this plate though!

Rare to find one with frames though to be fair. I'm always on the lookout for roadkill plates myself. I managed to snag myself my first 'Brexit' plate with the new UK code and flag a few weeks ago, whilst on the job, originally from a 2018 Ford Ranger 3.2 TDCi
