What a spot!! 
I assume this is a Transporter, as it's difficult to see if there is a passenger/cargo combinate room inside. I tried to search for the model name (and assume you've already done so too) but it didn't bring more knowledge...

Transporter is van version, bus is Volkswagen bus and Combi is... idk (in platesmania)
