Thanks! I was doing a bit of research since the plate type was a dead giveaway by itself, but I gave way too much thought on the headlights, especially since they were probably changed to suit regulations.

Pretty sure this is actually JP-Spec. The plate bracket (and the plate itself) is slightly bigger than a US one.
