Don't worry about blurring though! After a discussion with moderators, we have unanimously decided that Whitehall is such an easily recognisable and 'touristy' area, that blurring this street sign is not required.
In general, it is best advised to blur signs depicting road names due to privacy concerns, hence why I picked up on it initially.
