As there are no rules regarding the use of "double spots" in descriptions, I use my own method which I've curated and changed slowly over the 1.5 years I've been uploading. Everyone has their own description styles, and it's fantastic to see peoples' personalities eminating from this. A departure from this into a more uniform idea would take away some of the soul of this site in my opinion.
Tldr; personally I only include double spots in my descriptions when it's the same vehicle
