Why these cars getting UK plates around here? Is it because of they can't remain their plates in a different territory or something?  :scratch:

Absolutely, if these cars are being stationed in the UK for more than a month or 90 days (can't remember which), they have to become registered in the country of which they're based in. Unlike some countries like Germany, here in the UK these cars are granted temporary rights to travel on their US plates whilst the registration process is being made, hence why you can see US plates around this particular area.
