Welp, Wrightbus company is headquartered in Ballymena, N. Ireland. It might be the reason. But this town is in Antrim County...

as far as i recall, LTZ is a specific combination issued only to TfL's buses. but i dont remember if its only the New Routemasters or if it includes others too.
