I was able to catch 111 WC too, I think a lot of the Pimlico vans all have personalised plates which refer to their trade, including PLL1G (the L and 1 spaced closely to resemble a U), 3 LOO, BOG 1, W4TER etc. Must have cost a fortune to buy all those registrations
More than likely yes. These plates are great promotional tools for their company, being memorable to many people. There's a Land Cruiser that drives around York with the registration LAB3L (For 'Label'), owned by a chap who runs a labeling/sticker company
