My friend's mum had one of these in a 'lilac/lavender' type colour (was NI registered too). It was not a good car to ride in the back of, even on a 20mi trip. It did feel like it was about to fall apart most of the time. They have a Sandero Stepway now.

Nice spot. Enjoying your UK-based spotting so far
Height problems?
I've seen only one (imported) Pixo in Hungary, but more in Germany. It wasn't sold here, unsurprisingly, because small city cars don't sell well since 2008...

I'm not a tall guy, but i was rather uncomfortable in the rear of a Pixo. Which is strange, as my Aunt had a Suzuki Alto (what it's based on), which had more space at the rear, plus was more refined. The Pixo was the cheapest new-car on sale here in the UK at around £7000 (before the Dacia Sandero arrived with it's £6000 pricetag, and being a lot more popular too), and the interior shows it. Didn't know that the Pixo wasn't available in Hungary, the Alto surely is?

Of course, this generation wasn't so popular as the previous, but there are some on the roads, I spotted a lilac one yesterday Its successor, the Celerio is also on sale, though I've only seen a few units in the last half year.

The Celerio isn't a huge seller here in the UK, especially since RHD model Celerios (UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand market) actually suffered from brake failure as a result of a faulty brake pedal assembly on RHD models up to 2015. Of course all of the effected cars have been recalled.
