There are a few problems here:
1. The format "AAA 000" is not in the list, so Uralos' spot is not uploaded correctly, it looks like it wad uploaded to the "AAA A00" or incorrectly changed to it.
2. These custom backgrounds appear only when you select "Vanity Plates" in the Upload page, so users must upload them as such.
Platesmania has many things that a normal user can't do and which moderators have to fix. I think the website is very flawed in this aspect.

And also attention from mods is lacking. It is much more strict in other galleries. Come to think of it, not a lot of pictures are uploaded in the US section; but a good number of it has errors which pass by undetected.
