Sadly, you might not see it because it has no registration record, which is really sad because that could mean it's been retired or scrapped. L74 2670 only has 76,246 miles, so that's even sadder. This may not be entirely true, though. Sometimes, people just chance it, and drive without registration. LCI 281, R72 7662, and TPN 4465 are two examples. I really hope they just chanced it, and are still driving it around!
