This seems to be a more "human" version of the Generic 3M font, doesn't it ?

We should collect symbols in other states as well, Some of these existing states have fonts that are close, others, not a chance lol.. like the 1 in Massachusetts, it's very obviously I not 1.

I have no clue. They make this crap up as they go... Never seen this before, and I took word processing in High School !

A more normal-looking 1 has been in use since March 2005. That's why it is there in the gallery, not the straight-looking 1 used prior to that time.
