Yeah they are pretty cool back when I was in high school they were like 5 of these but because I went to school in Northern Maine there was a lot of love for these, Saabs and Volvos I only knew a few who had actual pickups and Jeeps lol. Yeah it is too bad though!

Someone I went to HS with had one with the 4.2 V8!

Likely not, I think they were quite rare. One forum (talking about euro models) says 40,000 2.7s were sold, while only 2,000 4.2s were, so the take rate was extremely low

Yeah most likely! There was some rare cars students owned but not as rare as 2,000 being made.
