Yeah they are pretty uncommon even in their home state. I seen only like 3 so far and this the first I caught I believe.

I looked it up and they cost $85/year so that is likely why

Damn! Will prob see more of these in the Coastal part of NH as $85 per year is just pocket change in their eyes lol.
