Haha yeah! I didn't even know that until after I had been there, but it wasn't that surprising to me. I drove down a "class 4" (unmaintained dirt road) for a few miles on my way to my destination (a little rougher than I would have liked in my Volvo)

That's very interesting. Funny enough on my trip from Calgary to Saskatoon (two somewhat major cities in western Canada), apple maps decided the quickest route would involve a shortcut on an unpaved township road. Again a little too rough for my liking. Luckily like in your case it was a pretty short stint.

haha oof, I have avoided apple maps since it came out, google works and now that they have acquired Waze it has good traffic info and police detection
