Thanks  :) I saw another 2 or 3 on my trip to Yellowstone this summer. I will upload them when I finally get around to going through those spots.

That's great! WV plates are pretty rare, but I've started to see an increased amount lately.

100% I think like many of the "rare" plates to spot it ultimately comes down to socio-economic factors for the most part.

I believe that plays a huge part. They could come to these places for tourism, work opportunities, and other reasons. Just makes it better for us as car spotters!  =)
