My bet might be either S or N Dakota, or possibly Hawaii (unless of course someone went on vacation and did some spotting). Personally, I have 9 WV's uploaded, 5 ND, 9 SD, and 3 HI

True - I always forget about the Dakotas. Although they are both neither uncommon or common here. I kinda figured that someone must've been to Hawaii and already that will contribute a few hundred to the HI gallery. I have uploaded 3 to WV, 1 in the hopper. I have 32 ND, plus probably another 15 from my latest trip. 15 SD plus another 15 probably. and 6 HI, plus a handful of "license plates without vehicle"
