Older bases should have been added too, but unfortunately, they were not added. Pre-2002 bases with county codes 1 (Douglas), 2 (Lancaster) and 59 (Sarpy) are interesting from historical point of view. Those codes were discontinued in 2002.

Homer has mentioned to a bunch of USA users including myself that old bases will not get added because the main focus is current bases so that we can post pictures of plates on cars. Most of the states with old bases, the photos of old plates are just in people's collections and on random walls.

I talked about old Nebraskan bases because of their numeration format. In my opinion, old bases having the same numeration format as modern ones, should be added.
2005 base which is obsolete now, is added, but 2002 base is not. It has two numeration formats: old county-coded and new sequential format for three most populous counties (serials started from NAA).
