There are old Burmese plates, not Cambodian ones. I think they will not be included to the future section of Myanmar, because of lack of information on Burmese letters used in plates.
By the same reason, technical task for Laotian section can't be prepared.

To help you guys out, US government have codes on the side of the plates. They can tell what type of vehicle the plate corresponds to, or the branch of government it's used for. I found this website to help decode them here
