When I say glitched plate, I mean that the plate won't run in any of the resources (even the stronger ones), causing me not to know the information of the vehicle. It's not difficult to tell a car's make and model, but I'm still learning my trucks

Oh I see. Yeah the apportioned plates are hit and miss for some states. SC Apportioned plates will not run, but the Property Carrying ones will.
