WV’s another state I rarely ever see cars from in the Northeast- I wonder why? It’s really not even that far away of a state, especially considering the amount of CA’s I see around!
Also wow, first of this plate base on the site!
(Edit: Nope, actually just the first one of this base without a vanity combination lol)
