Something is strange here, this should be a Tunica county (TN=Tunica) issue, but the picture says Desoto county. Mississippi plates are county coded and desoto plate always begin with D. What are you thoughts on this, do you think the plate is fake, or, do you think it is personalized plate despite following the 123 ABC format for standard plates on this base. The plate also appears to be flat, while standard MS plates are embossed (personalized plates are flat)

It’s clearly a vanity because it’s flat, there is no way that Tunica Co. issued from TNA-TNP already regardless
