Ok this has to be the highest mileage E24 in existence:
The Carfax shows 596,000mi, which I automatically just assumed was a mistake, but looking through the history it actually checks out!
It first passed 100k miles all the way back in 1994, and by 2005 it had 235k… And now it’s in Bulgaria?? What a crazy life!

That is actually an unbelievable backstory, wow!
I can get in touch with the current owner of the car, so I may ask him a bit about it, how it ended up in BG and share a bit here!

Vitessence (2024-12-05 03:54:19)This is likely not true. Carfax estimates mileage based on last known mileage. The last known mileage of this car was 235,189 in September 2005. So, while it is definitely more than 235k, I sincerely doubt its nearly 600k miles. Also, it was exported to Bulgaria on 10/10/2023.
