It’s because Honda didn’t engineer a strong enough transmission for the 3.5l V6 in these and therefore a lot of these were scrapped because of failed transmissions

I think I noticed these starting to disappear around 2020. There are still a good many rolling around, but it's to the point where cleaner ones are pretty rare.

I think i began to see more 1st gens than 2nd gen ones lately, not saying much given that both are fairly uncommon now over here.
