Inspired by wangeth000, I have decided to track the series for Shelby county. So far for the BPQx series, Shelby has BPQS, BPQT, BPQV, BPQW, and BPQY. BPQX is not valid on lookup, might it have been skipped?

I am making a spreadsheet of all BP series plates and the known counties. If you know the Rutherford allotments, I would love to see them. Thank you so much for this information, it has made my day. It’s great to see someone else so in to the details of where different series went!

I know the Rutherford ones are BPBW, BPBX, BPBY, BPBZ, BPCB, BPCC, BPJH, BPJJ, BPKV, BPKW, BPKX, BPNT, BPRQ, BPYX

You also know a lot of Haywood ones. Somewhere between the BSL series is confirmed as Fayette County plates

BSL 6001 - BSL 6200 is Fayette. BSL 6212 is confirmed as Sevier. BSL 65xx is Madison

BSK seems like to be mostly Davidson. BSK 95xx is Madison
