Mexican Plates are very common ! :D Although not supported here in the galleries:

You'll find that many of the posts are made by myself and all spotted in Texas ! Del Rio and San Antonio.

As far as foreign other than Mexico, there's really nothing else to be seen, that's how rare they are, virtually nonexistent. Canada is seen but very rarely... Europe... Practically never, and anywhere else I have never found.

master_toledo_915Europe... Practically never

Funny you say that, because even today I just spotted a Washington plated Acura, in Bulgaria, Europe. American license plates are rare but can be found, few weeks ago I saw a Hyundai from Florida, sadly couldn't take a picture. I think this is mostly due to Bulgarian immigrants in the US, who bring back these cars!

The Acura I uploaded today could possibly be a Bulgarian returning for the winter holidays. :)

I understand completely !! Lots of users on here are having no problem finding American Plates !! I WISH I could have the same luck with European License Plates ! :( I simply cannot find them... However if I recall correctly I believe Florida would be a much better place to find European License Plates ! I remember seeing a few when I lived there, however I was much younger and had less knowledge of European Plates at that time. Now thanks to this website, my knowledge is much better ! It seems that American License Plates are almost everywhere in the world ! I don't see many Idaho License Plates in Texas for example, but Texas Plates can be seen from Coast to Coast in the US and from Anywhere as an almost commonly seen Plate !

Good point ! It may very well be Bulgarian immigrants bringing American Cars back into Bulgaria ! Why couldn't you take a picture of the Florida License Plate ? Good finds !! Washington and Florida in Bulgaria !!

That may very well be a Bulgarian living part time in Florida ! :)

Thanks! I was in the bus and the car from Florida was in a parking lot like 50 metres away. Also on the forum I've uploaded a Nissan Pathfinder with 1998-1999 Florida plates, expired in 2003! I also saw an Ohio plated Lexus which is on the website. That I also saw a second time and the owner was a woman that looked local to me.

You're welcome !! O ok... Too far, I hate when that happens ! Cool ! I'll check those out ! Yes in my opinion, I could see Bulgarians living in Ohio and Florida !! Good finds !! Wish I could see something other than US, Mexico, or Canada !!! :(

As for European licence plates in the US, I've seen on some sites and groups on Facebook some photos of European vehicles imported by some car fanatics. =) In New York photographed Germany, Hungary, Romania, Montenegro and mostly on old cars.
And in this video made in Pennsylvania, on 4:47 you can see a Russian Jaguar !

Thanks for giving master toledo the links! Also, about that Russian Jaguar. Americans tend to put whatever on the front of their cars since some states only require rear license plates. That Jaguar could be US plated with a Russian plate stuck on the front?

Thank You Sonic101 ! :) I know exactly what you're talking about. Joining groups or Car Clubs would probably be the best way to find European License Plates. Very nice finds in New York ! I have never been to New York, but I would imagine as a popular destination it would be a great place to find Plates from Europe ! And, as stupid as this may sound, the fact that New York is so far East also contributes to the improved visibility of European Plates there ! Nice video !!

About 50% of States require 1 rear plate and the other half 2 plates...
