I understand... astonkas_esp deleted one of mine and told me I could only upload it if the Administration said they would add the background soon. I told him I have a message from Homer where he told me he would add it soon. He then said it was ok for me to add it back, and to keep uploading Exempt Plates... I'm keeping it small for now though to be easy on them later!

I added TX Exempt plates, but only with new background. Old exempt plates will be added later (need to create blue font)
