This car was the leading car of the Bolikhamsai's (a province of Laos which borders Hà Tĩnh province) leaders convoy visiting Đồng Lộc Junction. There are a lot of Laotian govermental vehicles in the convoy which have blue plates (just like Vietnam)

P.S: Later when I came to Thiên Cẩm Town (a beach town in Hà Tĩnh) to rest there, I met the same convoy parking at a hotel. They stayed there until the next morning, with a new police car and a military pickup truck escorting them back to the border. Too bad that I can't catch more Laotian vehicles since they are parked in the basement of the hotel and all of the cars parked on the ground were captured before.

One word: hot. Tempature at there is like 40-42 degrees Celcius. Other than that, it's quite boring since there aren't any interesting activities there And I'm in Quảng Bình now, since Hà Tĩnh is just a stopover of my trip. Quảng Bình is much better too (although still really hot) with many interesting activities and locations.
