Unfortunately not, too many police and military officers (also Bolikhamsai province's leaders) were there and I don't have the guts to capture them in front of them. And I have captured most of them at Đồng Lộc Junction the day before so I think I lost 2 Laotian civilian Land Cruisers, a Laotian governmental HiAce and a Laotian governmental Hilux.

Well on the bright side, I later captured another Laotian governmental HiAce in Quảng Bình with a sticker on the side of it, I think it's a sticker for governmental vehicles.
