Correct, I have arrived at 12 AM Thursday. I have to admit, HCMC has a very lively nightlife here since at 12:30 AM there're still a lot of vehicles on the road. The roads here are also bigger to that of Hanoi and people here is more law-abiding and more open-minded compared to people in Hanoi. For the last two days I have only seen 1 person violating the traffic laws and people here even let me taking photos of their vehicle. In the end, I could finally understand why a lot of people from Northern Vietnam settled down in HCMC.

I’m actually going to HCMC for a wedding this Sunday, so I won’t be available then. Maybe a few days later.

I will come to Biên Hòa in tomorrow morning, and leaving HCMC in Tuesday night. I hope I could meet you in Sunday!

After some cursory research, it seems like your first cars in HCMC were in Tân Hưng Thuận Ward. It just so happened that my uncle's house is in Tân Thới Nhất ward a stone's throw away. If I'm lucky, I could meet you here in HCMC, so that's great.
