I don't see why not, when there're multiple diplomatic, governmental and military vehicles are there since a lot of the runners were from the military/embassies. Since I'm free on Sunday morning, I just need to get up very early and that should do the trick.
Also, since you're in high school, your school will host a event for the testing of the COMPUTER-BASED high school graduation exam in the coming days. The Ministry of Education is coming to our school to deliver the equipment.
Mine will be hosted on October 2nd; you can ask your teachers about it. Good luck.

Thank you for the news. The only thing I'm afraid of is that my high school has the smallest area out of all public high schools in Hanoi, so where would the government officials park their cars is a concern here. Nevertheless, I will ask my teachers about it and try my best.
I’ve just talked to other students from different schools and they told me their school did not have this event, only mine. So you may not have a chance.
I also think that @RandomVNUser has a chance as they’re from another high school for the gifted (in this case, Sơn La), so I’ll contact them.
So a sad news: I have to go to my hometown tomorrow, initially I don't have any plans to go there but due to a sensitive reason which I would prefer not disclosing it, I have to. I'm so sorry turtle-bienhoa, I will try to capture other vehicles I might came across on my way to my hometown.
Well, at least there is one official drill coming up. It’s at the Nestlé Factory in AMATA Industrial Park, starting at 7:00 October 4th. There’ll be at least one military fire truck, so I’ll try to get a day off that day. Should be fun. Maybe I could ask permission to go in, but that’s a stretch.
BTW, does Hanoi police not have a webpage? I can’t find it.
Here's the webpage for Hanoi police: https://congan.hanoi.gov.vn/ Although I saw that most of the news on there reported about drills that already happened, not the one that are about to happen. Either way, wish you luck!
So I attended the drill after school; can’t get into the factory, but it’s fine. I ditched the camera as it was too impractical and my phone did surprisingly well.
I managed to capture too many officials’ cars, a few police and military vehicles (including one imported Transit, a television truck and a robot on a truck). I captured 3 military fire trucks, including a KamAZ 53220 and a Mercedes-Benz Arocs and a MAN TGM, this one I spotted on an earlier date.
Also, security were slightly miffed. I got escorted out of the factory gate (nicely) and again out of the road leading to it (rather rudely). But that didn’t matter.
Some of the trucks today were already captured before, so I’ll replace them with versions before 04/10 if better. I’ll post the officials’ cars first while I wait for your drills.
Sounds awesome on your side (except for the part you got kicked out)! I unfortunately haven't captured any drills today though, so I guess there were no luck for me. Feel free to post all of them though, since I probably have no dices in spotting drills.
All right then! I’ll compile my fire trucks from the last month also, and I’ll continue from here. I'll probably post them tomorrow though; this is enough for now.
That's actually nice, congrats! On my side, I actually managed to spot a Porsche Cayanne with a 62L-9999 plate, a governmental Crown and a Maybach 62S today so we both have good things to share on the website.
