Tbh i think this is probably a truck made for the Vietnamese Market, according to this truck advertising website (https://thegioixetai.com/gia-xe-tai-dongfeng-truong-giang.html) it was manufactured by Dongfeng in Hubei, and Trường Giang ( literally means Yangzte ) is probably a sub brand of Dongfeng,made for the Vietnamese Market.
