Strange that both regular series plates without euroband I spotted are three-number/two-letter formats in the E* Series, since usually these formats started around 1999 and would not go that high before euroband was introduced in 2002

Yes, for some reason Tamsweg started the 3-digit format with EA, even though they're issuing very few plates, it took until the mid-10s to finish E*, now they're halfway thru F*... Even in the old 2-digit series, they only progressed up to H*.

That’s really interesting! Strange that so many Austrian districts randomly skip letters without any reason
