I think it's a newer version of the Hino Rainbow, for sure it's a Hino, but I don't know if it's a Rainbow for sure

My guess would be that it's an american, custom built motorhome. These kind of huge RV's (Recreational Vehicles, as they call them) are quite popular is the US. I was looking plenty of them on google, but hadn't find an exactly same looking model. The only thing I'm sure about it, that the headlamps are from the 2nd generation Cadillac Escalade.
