Are you back on vacation, now to Switzerland, or on business?

I was in Switzerland only on Sunday 12 September because it was a birthday present (which was 1/09/2021) from my parents, the same evening I had already returned to Milan.I took about 170 photos that I will put in these days since I have taken with the school and I can no longer go out to spot every day.

Forgive me for not congratulating you right away. Please accept my warm and sincere birthday greetings!

Great trip. I will be happy to wait for the moment when you add photos from the trip.

I hope you will have the opportunity to take pictures in the course of your everyday life, without going out especially to take pictures, because photography is a great pleasure.

thank you very much for your good wishes, Fortunately, Switzerland is just over 60 km from Milan by higway So I can reach it when I want. Fortunately, I find some foreign plates every day on my way to or from school but we talk about a maximum of 5 per day. Fortunately, I still have about 10,000 photos taken over the years to post even in times of famine.

I am always glad to congratulate you. You are very lucky - the nearest large city, Vladivostok, is 900 kilometers away from me. It is much more difficult to get to China, especially during a pandemic.

Indeed, it is sad when the chance to shoot something interesting is so small.

A wonderful collection of pictures! With great pleasure I will see her.

I am lucky because I live in a very touristy city and also an important business level like Milan, thanks to this I see a lot of foreigners from all over the world and diplomats every day (I also see many vintage cars and supercars but they are almost always Italian so I hardly ever spot them because I'm not interested in Italian plates). Milan is also very near to Switzerland so I have the opportunity to go abroad often, Sunday was the 28th time I went to Switzerland. Thank you, I hope to be able to post all the photos I took (the oldest photos I managed to recover date back to 2014, the photos taken before 2014 are not available because they are almost all close-ups)

You live in a very nice and beautiful city. ) For us, residents of the Russian Far East, any distances are small - my dad studied in Minsk during the Soviet era and was always amazed at how convenient and quick it is in Europe to visit another, very different from your own, city, for example, to drive from Minsk to Vilnius. It is a pity that at that time my dad practically did not photograph cars.

The fact that you can recover photos is great. I also have a lot of pictures from past years, and they also need to be restored. And, I hope, new technologies will be able to help you recover images taken before 2014.

This means that if you do not photograph cars with Italian license plates, then guests of the city will be able to do it. ))) I dream of visiting Italy, including Milan. )

Yes, I love the fact that I can travel to many countries by land without necessarily having to travel thousands of kilometers, this possibility I took advantage of long before the covid in fact I shot half of Europe by car, I imagine that for a person not used to traveling, coming to Europe is a great experience, if one day you come to Milan you can warn me, I'll take you to the best places to do plates Spotting that I know. About Italian cars I only photograph the rarest or the ones I like the most, and even less are the ones I put on the site, Cars like ferrari or Lamborghinis if they are Italian I don't even photograph them because they are very common here (I see about 6/7 of Italians per brand per day) even more common are Porsches, Bentleys, Maseratis, Jaguars and Rolls Royce. In any case, I always leave a free side where possible for each car I photograph because I am pleased that someone else who comes to Milan can put the same cars that I see.

Unfortunately I cannot recover my photos from before 2014 because they were on a camera that I lost in the Sicilian countryside in 2013 and others are on my old nintendo 3DS XL But it broke in 2015 and in any case they were only photos of the plates so even if I had recovered them I would not have been able to post them.

Thank you very much for the invitation, I will be very happy to meet you personally. If on your trip to Southeast Asia you decide to go there or return home from there through Khabarovsk, or come here on a different trip or for another reason, I will be happy to show you where to rent the car numbers you are interested in, and the sights of the city, if any. Are you interested.

I traveled a lot and often as a child with my parents. We have been to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Ussuriysk and the coast of the Primorsky Territory of Russia more than once. It is a pity that I did not take license plates at that time, then digital cameras were a rarity, like phones with cameras, I did not have them. Films for cameras, as well as the production of pictures taken with them, cost a lot at that time. Therefore, pictures of cars with their license plates are rare in our family archive. Unfortunately, as an adult, I only went on a trip once, visited France. Then I did not see much of what I wanted to see, and, again, I did not photograph then, although I could have removed the license plates of most regions of France, as well as copies of the license plates of a number of other European countries - Spain, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Monaco and even Romania. But next time I'll catch up. ) I really love Ferrari and Lamborghini, as well as other brands of cars you listed. )

It is a pity that your old pictures cannot be recovered. However, if you did not shoot a car, but a car license plate after 2014, you can add them to the forum or in comments to other photos that are related to the topic or extradition to the pictures you took.

thank you for the invitation and the willingness to show me where to rent a car, I would like to come to Khaborovsk but if I had to go there I would prefer a road trip with my car (if I can reach a place by car I can reach it like this, even if very far ). I also decided to cancel the trip to Cambodia as it is too expensive both in terms of time and money. I decided to change this trip with a trip to Iran to arrive in the city of Urmia (17/27 IR) which I intend to do in 2 maximum 3 years, because Urmia is home to some truck drivers I met in Segrate (MI), Italy and with whom I made friends. in fact, when they come back to Milan we will see each other and take walks in the center or I do 15 km on a scooter (not the electric one) to get to Segrate and we are talking and drinking tea (obviously then they make me spot their Iranian trucks). then if I can I also wanted to go to Zahedan (on the border with Pakistan) because there lives another truck driver I know who often sends me photos of Pakistani and Afghani trucks and Iranian cars. however Zahedan is still a maybe because I will have to cut him at the moment based on the time I will have and the economic resources that are certainly not high for a recent graduate. then in addition I was planning to visit enchanting cities like Esfahan and Teheran. Maybe in the future with a little more free time and money I could organize a road trip in Russia but even if it does happen I don't think it will happen in the near future, however if I ever come to your city I will notify you with a private message. (sorry I dwelt too much). You have certainly made some interesting trips and I am sorry that when you came to Europe you did not take pictures of the vehicles you could have very rare plates for the situation in your region, for example in France I saw plates from half of Europe and even some Arabs and American albeit not many. it seems strange to me that you have not seen all the countries that I have seen on the Côte d'Azur (probably the license plate situation is very varied in France). I wish you to be able to return to Europe soon and to be able to find many interesting plates.

C

I will gladly meet you in my city. Unfortunately, I haven’t come across a car rental yet, but in Russia they say: “The language will bring you to Kiev” (literally, this means that from anywhere in vast Russia, with the help of questions, you can get to Kiev - the main place of religious pilgrimage for Russians for a thousand years, even without knowing the road in advance. Now they say so, implying a way to any place, a solution to any issue). So I am convinced that I can help you. )))) If you wish, you can easily drive even to Khabarovsk and Vladivostok, that is, through the whole of Russia by car, not by SUV or jeep.
The road is much worse in quality and infrastructure than in Europe, but it is quite accessible for traffic. Yes, there are many bad roads in Russia, but the quality of the main highways is at least satisfactory. I sometimes see travelers from Europe who arrived in their own cars, my colleagues, who often visit the historical center of Khabarovsk, were even able to take a number of photographs of such cars. If you are interested, I can send you links.

I wish you success in your plans to visit your friends and their home country, Iran. I hope that over time, you will be able to travel much more. I would also like to visit the beautiful cities and natural attractions of Iran one day, unfortunately, for a number of reasons, I have to avoid traveling to this country. But I always read with great pleasure the stories about the trips of ordinary people there and look at the photographs they have taken.

Thank you, I also hope that in my next possible travels I will take photographs, including the license plates. I am grateful for your wish, I really liked Europe, and I would like to see more of its cities and countries. Yes, I was in the north of France, there were very few or practically no cars even from the south of France, not to mention those foreign tourists or business people who usually visit the Cote d'Azur and the Mediterranean coast of France.

There is no need to apologize, indeed, in modern social networks, you can not immediately see a lot. I will also answer you in a few comments because of the structure of the site.
