How old are plates with numbers less than 1000? And what numbers were at the beginning of this standard in 1932?

The current system lasts since 1933, so this one could be from this year! But plates belong to the owner and not to the car, when the owner died, his plate is sold to an another person...

Yes, it is possible too... One of the uncles of my mother had the plate VS 102, he was taxi driver! But only taxis can have low plates, so he gave it to an another taxi driver when he retired...
