Grado really was a good place to spot foreign cars
I've seen mostly Dutch/German/Italian plates, but also plates from Switzerland/France/Denmark/Belgium/Sweden/Slovakia/Slovenia/Norway/Austria/B&H/Poland and 4 plates from Liechtenstein 
I've also seen plates from Finland/Bulgaria/Estonia/Greece/Macedonia/Croatia/Romania/San Marino/Serbia/Latvia/Turkey and Ukraine in that region, so it's quite international there
