Yeah, I guess you're right.
Btw, last time when I was in Romania on holidays (July 2018), I saw a Moldovan limo whose registration was KAQ 138 (could be another number instead of 138, but I'm not sure, it was almost 2 years ago). Unfortunately, I didn't spot it, as I didn't know anything about Platesmania back then.  :(

I would expect you to see absolutely loads of Moldovan and Ukrainian plates in Brăila though, especially given that the city is only 30km from the MD/UA/RO tripoint border  :D

Yeah, that's what I also expected, but I saw other foreign plates instead last time I went to Brăila (mostly from Germany, Italy and Spain) + that Moldovan limo mentioned earlier  :D
