Green = tax-exempt 
there’s no „tax-exempt seasonal“ option in the informer so it’ll have to stay black, but it’s not a non-standard plate
It’s a weird combo though, you don’t pay tax when you’re on green plates and insurance fees on tractors aren’t that much either, so it’s very rare to see green seasonal plates.
