It's a #BlackPlate, the euroband and the department are in black. This is not an official support at all

it's deliberately changed, as the tag says

Then this is a non-standard plate, because the symbols (FZ-319-FP) were not changed and comply with the registration documents.

A 'deliberately changed' tag applies when some of the symbols was changed (i. e. C to O, F to E...)

yeah, are you going to change the thousands of posts like this or ? because we aren't going to do it since we couldn't know the rules before that

Of course no, it would take lots of time. I just noticed the tag and asked a question.

In France changing the department (logo or color) is also considered part of the official plate and can be punished by the police, technically we can say that the owner deliberately changed his plate by putting these black stickers no ?

WOW, i'm lucky to be here. Seriously, i didn't know until now, what is the difference between the non-std plate and delib changed. Thank you! I used to tag both tags.

It's a pity that this basic difference between tags is not clarifiied in the rules. The main idea is that changing a color of the whole plate or a part of it makes it non-standard (because standard describes proper colours to be used). And changing one of the symbols (digit or letter) is a totally different case, because it makes the combination differ from the one which is stated in the documents — that is a deliberate change.

You're welcome! And yes, the rules should have been clarified.

Oh yeah I do agree that we should have access to the full rules, that’s not normal, it’s just that « non standard » is like too much if only talk about 2 stickers that was bought for 5€ ahah that’s how I view that, non standard tag should be kept for heavily changed plate, full color, font or size changes and those happens a lot here

In my opinion, there are no tags needed for such slight changes like stickers or so.

So you think we should just stop tags for black eurobands ? I’d agree with that

I think it's not necessary to tag them, but of course it's up to you to decide.
