License plate of Gibraltar, Regular car plates (G 1234 A)

#OlpyTop40_2024

London Luton Airport, United Kingdom.

I had just arrived from Poland, and we hopped in the car to go home. I was looking to my right and there was a gap in parked cars, and then I spot a Gibraltar-formatted plate! We stopped the car and I quickly ran to get a picture. My first Gibraltar!

this is an extremely recent plate registration. Was first registered around February 10th... we are half-way into the '-----G' series. It will be interesting as the next series (H) is already reserved for Historic Vehicles. And the next letter (I) will most likely be skipped since it looks identical to the 1 we use.

I will definitely not be used, just like in the UK and GBM
