Doubt it. That's the original plate and the car has been converted to LHD

Except various sources suggest the plate is issued to a 2000 Volvo V70 (Estate/Wagon), whilst this spotted was a newer (maybe 2005-2006) Volvo S60 (Saloon).

Remember, there are millions of Americans who think they're Irish because their grandparents of about 7 or 8 generations previously came from Ireland on boats, so they embrace their slim Irish heritage however they can, especially on St. Patricks day. Displaying an Irish plate on the front of a car is one way of embracing their heritage too.

I am part Irish myself, knowing me I'd probably put Celtic stickers all over it when I get a car
