. There's a fairly large Eastern European population in Swords. Did you find Ireland to be better than the UK for foreign plates when you visited? Over the last few years I believe it's now better there instead

To be honest, I only got a few. However, I was also not particularly hunting for them, so I guess I did quite well with foreign plates regardless
