Castleblayney, Monaghan, Ireland.
Monaghan might be one of the most irrelevant counties in Ireland (lol) and is way off the tourist radar, so the first few days were looking bleak in terms of foreign plates. Instead I ended up trying to collect the 202-MN series in case we ever see an Irish Table of Series!

I've never really struggled much in Ireland, I find UK harder! Even in areas like Swords I've found it easy and it's nothing special at all

I agree that it’s a good country for foreign plates and the Irish spotters on the site are some of my favourites! I guess being close to the Capital helps in the case of Swords but Monaghan is truly on the way to no where and has barely any sights to see despite being a pleasant place to be. I am sure if I were further south or west it would be easy, like you say though!
