Mitsubishi ASX

1st gen (GA/XA/XB/XC/XD), facelift, 2019–

First facelift ASX in the Irish gallery!

This is also the first Clare

(by far the closest I've come to
my home county of Limerick!)

Possibly AUS-Spec (Import), spotted in
Lagos, Algarve, Portugal (5/2025)

A nice find

I've very rarely seen these at home so far tbh, so it was mad to come all the way to Portugal & spot it in my hotel's car park! :D

I don't understand how this can be JP-Spec, i thought it was sold under RVR name in Japan, not ASX

It's possible. It comes up as an import on motrocheck.ie & the screws for the plate frame front & rear look Japanese. Plus, when some JP-Spec cars arrive into Ireland, some dealers replace the badges to be local equivalent models because the name ASX would be more familiar than RVR (for example)

Mitsubishi RVR was only offered with 1.8 L engine in the Japanese market. Australian ASXs had LS trim, so this could be from there.

That's actually possible as there are quite a few AUS-Spec imports to Ireland recently
