Cool thanks! I did look through the database list of different workbooks but some of the translations weren't too easy to understand. I missed these plates completely though!

There are 4 active databases: Regular cars, personal imports, 2-wheeler and over 3.5 tons (trucks, heavy pick ups, some trailers). If you miss one let me know. Hopefully all will be integrated into "extra information"

I do have all of them and now this one. I use them when I can before uploading but it's surprising how many cars from just 2 years ago are no longer showing on the databases!

It means that the car was scrapped or has the license suspended for some reason. For the photos you took in A-zone (Palestinian Authority area) that would be normal I guess
